OPTIMISED DRAW
HEAT BUILDER
Generate one permanent five-round draw for the full 66-number field. Every round always contains 6 heats of 11 numbers. Assign the currently registered drivers to numbers starting at #1; any numbers above the current registered-driver count stay visible as numbers and can be assigned later without changing the draw.

MANUAL HEAT EDITOR
Use this only when you need to edit or replace one individual draft heat after generating the numbered draw.
Existing individual-heat editing is still available here. The order of names has no starting-grid meaning; it is only the membership list for that heat.
SPREADSHEET / SCHEDULER
BULK IMPORT
When the full draw exists, paste it straight from Excel/Google Sheets or export it from the heat scheduler. This replaces the entire draft, but never touches the published app schedule until you press Publish.

This is the confirmed WIKC Sunday programme. The button below updates HEAT TIMES ONLY in the existing draft — driver heat assignments, driver list order and the Number Draw are not changed.
LATE ENTRY / DRAW NUMBER
ALLOCATE NEW DRIVER
Use this when a championship driver is registered after the original Number Draw. Choose the driver and their unused draw number. The system adds only that driver's missing heat allocations from the existing live draw. No existing driver is moved, reshuffled or reallocated.
PRE-PUBLISH CHECK
SCHEDULE VALIDATION
Publishing is blocked until every active championship driver has exactly one heat allocation in each of the five rounds and there are no duplicate driver entries within a heat.
